We wanted to provide a way during this busy holiday time, for you to connect with your body, even for just a few minutes. Practices are accessible to everyone and only 15-25mins long. Make this an opportunity to take some moments for you or gather with friends and family for some mindful movement time! Happy Holidays!
December 30 – Fun with Feet
Practice Props: Yoga TuneUp Ball or another firm ball (ie. tennis ball or lacrosse ball)
Mindful Strength Challenge... Make this foot strength and mobility routine a part of your regular regime; 2-3 times a week for forever-healthy feet. Share with anyone who wears shoes!
