Today Chris and Kathryn are talking about why it's not useful to base your strength building progress on looks (unless you are a body builder). Strength can be felt from the inside, and there are other metrics to measure your progress. Most of us have been taught to measure our success based on how we look on the outside, and we believe this approach sets us up to eventually fail. You don't have to be changing how you look to be doing it right.
