Kathryn and Jen met a few years ago in a workshop, and in the summer of 2016 Jen travelled to Cornwall to take part in Kathryn's first ever week-long intensive. They had many conversations throughout the week, and have stayed in touch over the last year. Jen is a physiotherapist, as well as a movement coach, and overall inspiring human. She blends the worlds of physiotherapy and fitness, and has a special interest in pelvic health. In this episode Kathryn and Jen talk about strength, fitness, the pelvic floor and its complexities.
