This is the last episode of 2018! Kathryn and Kyle sat down to reflect on the year, their travels, what they have accomplished and where they are hoping to go in 2019. They both answered 15 questions focussing on a range of topics including the coolest thing they learned in 2018, best podcast, favourite person to learn from, best place to travel to, something they are happy about, new workout tips, how their movement practices have changed and so on.
